Ultra-fine Grinding - Pulverizer with screen (for shrimp feed, fish feed, and pet food)
IDAH has two ways to control fineness in pulverizer, with or without the screen. The horizontal pulverizer is designed by using screens for classification. A pulverizer is designed for producing ultrafine powder by utilizing a high-speed rotating hammer and stationery liner to generate breaking force during contact.
In horizontal pulverizer, multiple screw conveyors fed the raw material into the milling chamber. The ultrafine powder will be generated through beating, shearing, and pulverizing action. These powders will pass the screen and be transported by air to the dust collector. The worm gear transportation system can avoid air leakage and adjust the loading of the main motor by the electric control system.
Pulverizer can be applied to produce ultra-fine powder, used for the production of shrimp feed, fish feed, and pet food.

IDAH AP-Series Horizontal Pulverizer Working Principle
The horizontal pulverizer working principle is as follows:
- Material inlet
The small funnel hopper works as temporary storage and helps to direct the material to the screw feeder
- Screw feeder
A multiple screw feeder will feed the material to the grinding chamber uniformly throughout the grinding area.
Liner and hammer
The static liner and the moving hammer will break the material during impact
Only fine material will pass through the screen
The material will be transported to the material separator, heavier material will be returned back to the grinding hopper
